Arundel Pool Cleaning FAQs

Quick answers to the questions we get most.

How much does pool cleaning in Arundel cost?

Our standard pool service costs $88. Chemicals cost extra. Our Chemicals Included service costs $169. Both prices include GST and the callout fee.

How often should an Arundel pool get a service?

Most Arundel pools do well with a visit every two weeks or once a month. Summer storms drop leaves in the water. Heat helps algae grow. After a big storm you can call us and we come sooner.

What's included in a standard pool service?

We empty your skimmer and pump baskets. We clean the filter and check your equipment. We test your water. We skim and vacuum the pool. We brush the tile line and walls. We clean the equipment area too.

Are chemicals included in the price?

Not in the $88 Standard service. You pay for the chemicals we use. Our Chemicals Included service costs $169. Your first visit is a Standard service with chemicals charged. A green pool stays on charged chemicals until it is clear and ready to swim. Then you move onto the Chemicals Included flat rate.

Can you fix a green pool?

Yes, we fix green pools. We brush and vacuum the pool. We shock treat and balance the water. Most green pools clear within a few days. See our green pool service.

Do you clean pools in every part of Arundel 4214?

Yes. We clean home pools across Arundel 4214. That takes in Arundel Springs and the streets near Arundel Plaza. Tell us your address when you book. We pick a day that suits you.

How far are you from Arundel?

We already look after pools in Arundel. Ring 0411 953 940 and give us your street. We tell you the day we can come.

I rent in Arundel. Can my landlord or agent book the pool clean?

Yes. A tenant, a landlord or an agent can book with us. Tell us who pays the bill and who lets us in. We put both on your file. After each visit we send a short note on what we did.

Is a salt pool or a chlorine pool easier to run in Arundel?

Both types suit Arundel homes. A salt pool makes its own chlorine from salt in the water. It still needs a salt cell clean and a pH check. A chlorine pool needs you to add chlorine by hand or with a feeder. We look after both kinds.

What does heavy summer rain do to my pool water?

Rain waters down your chlorine and salt. It can drop your pH and wash dirt in from the yard. Green water can follow in a few days. After a big storm we test the water and clear the mess. See our flooded pool service.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. There is no lock-in contract. We offer regular visits and one-off cleans. You can stop at any time.

Do I need to be home, and what about my dog?

No. Tell us how to reach your pool when you book. Tell us about your dog too. We keep these notes on your file. Call us on 0411 953 940 to talk about access.
